Abstract: IOT is the advanced network infrastructure of connectivity, transportation and technology. IOT smart devices can implement the facilities of remote health monitoring and also emergency notification system. IOT has appreciable application of smart healthcare system. In the healthcare system the highlighted policies and strategies that help to the researchers and scientists and experts who develop smart device which is the up-gradation to the existing technology. This survey paper states that how IOT interrelate to various system including the smart healthcare which is one of the prevalent system. Healthcare system has the surveillance that proposed the need of smart devices and smart objects to decrease the inefficiency of available healthcare system. The IOT based healthcare has enhanced technology which is exclusive from the traditional healthcare and whole medical system.

Abstract: Cloud computing offers cost-effective dynamic, scalable and shared services for enterprises from remote data centre. The data stored in cloud storage is increasing day by day dramatically. Though the problem of trusting cloud computing is a highest concern for most enterprises in such a way that trust is widely regarded as one of the top obstacles for the adoption and growth of cloud computing. So there is a need of trust model which help cloud consumers to find the provider that best satisfies their trust concerns in cloud computing by measuring the trustworthiness of Cloud Service Provider (CSP). In this paper we propose a reputation based trust model which will evaluate the reputation of service provider by using a trust evaluation algorithm that will take customers feedback, server rejection rate and server workload into consideration. The experiments show that the trust result is more efficient.

Abstract: Cloud computing provides accessing of any kind of services dynamically over Internet on demand basis. One of the most significant service that is being provided is storage as a service. Cloud customer can store any amount of data into cloud storage results to huge amount of data at the datacenter. The data may get deleted by man-made disaster (either CSP or customer itself without their knowledge) or by natural disasters (either earth quakes or volcanoes) from the datacenters. Nowadays, data has been generated in large quantity that requires the data recovery services or techniques. Therefore there is a requirement for designing an efficient data recovery technique to recover the lost data. Many researchers have proposed different data recovery techniques but they lack in efficiency and reliability. In this paper, a multi-server system based on Enriched Genetic Algorithm to recover the lost data by using four cloud backup servers is discussed. To achieve reliability the proposed technique provides the flexibility for the user to collect information from any backup server when main cloud server loses its data and is unable to provide data to users.

Abstract: In the recent years, the advancement in the technology has increased the need for earth observation, space exploration and Multimedia applications. Single huge satellite was used to meet application mission. This results in significant design complexity, where probability of functional fault is high, resulting in failure of the entire system. Other issue is the restriction on the amount of mass that is permitted to be put in the orbit. This avoids space debris caused due to satellite failure. The recent survey believes that space propulsion can no more support physical limitation of single large spacecraft. To reduce the impact of single large satellite, small distributed satellites are used in space [2] [3]. A significant breakthrough in terrestrial wireless sensor network has motivated to extend WSN to space applications as well. Here small satellites refer as nodes. The group of small satellites work collaboratively to form a distributed network very similar to WSN. This distributed structure of satellites forms Space Based Wireless Sensor Network (SBWSN). The capabilities and challenges of SBWSN with respect to launch mechanism, topology formation, communication protocols, routing protocols in stringent space environment are discussed.

Abstract: The paper proposes bandwidth allocation and scheduling in Distributed Sensor Networks (DSNs). This approach incorporates resource (bandwidth) allocation and scheduling for transmitting of data efficiently. The objective of the proposed work is to improve the performance of network in terms of packet delivery ratio, energy consumption, efficient bandwidth allocation, and number of alive nodes. The simulation results show that the proposed approach perform better in-terms of utilization bandwidth and scheduling for communication in DSNs.

Abstract: Satellite plays an important role in earth observation, collecting the scientific information and providing multimedia services etc. Traditional satellites are costly to build, launch, design and operate. Thus to overcome these challenges of traditional single satellites, small satellites are used to which form a collaborative network to accomplish the mission. These small satellites are less expensive and reduced development time. The network of small satellites is called as Satellite sensor networks (SSNs) [29]. SSNs consist of large number of small, inexpensive, robust and low power satellites (nodes) working co-operatively. These SSNs are constrained by latency, limited sensor energy; but the real time applications such as above demands delay sensitive, reliable, limited sensor node size and energy efficient routing protocols in SSNs. It is also found that routing is one of major concern of satellite sensor networks. Hence, in this paper we propose cluster based routing protocol. The proposed scheme operates as follows. (1) Deployed satellites on various orbits form the clusters and elect the cluster head, (2) whenever the satellites are revolving around the orbit and come near the apogee, they transmit their data to other node in different orbit which is also called as orbit head node, (3) orbit head node intern transmit their data to cluster head, (4) cluster head filters the data to eliminate the redundant information and sends it to ground station using up/down link at perigee. The performance of the work is verified in terms of parameters such as network lifetime, energy consumption, average delay and cluster formation time.
