Application of Non-Destructive Tests for In-Situ Assessment of Concrete Structures

  • Submission Deadline: Jul. 20, 2018
  • Status: Submission Closed
  • Lead Guest Editor: Kamran Amini
About This Special Issue
Accurate prediction of concrete compressive strength is imperative for investigating the in-situ concrete quality. To avoid destructive testing, developing reliable predictive models for concrete quality assessment using nondestructive tests (NDTs) is an active area of research. In addition, this area of research has been limited to conventional concrete, where not enough attention has been paid to recent generation of cementitious based materials such as self-consolidating concrete, pervious concrete, high strength concrete, ultra-high performance.

Aims and Scope:
Novel NDT methods
Mechanical properties
Durability of concrete
Case studies
Statistical model development
