Competition law is referred to as one of the requirements and factors affecting the success of free market economic system. It is assumed that a fair competition between those active in the field of production and distribution leads to economic efficiency and welfare increase. Therefore, it is essential to prepare arrangements and formulate the fundamental principles in this area.
