Abstract: The authors describe a multi-step generalization of the “attack-defense” model, defined and studied by Germeier. It is a modification of the Gross’ model. The similar model was proposed by Gorelik for the gasoline production. In the military models the points are usually interpreted as directions and characterize the spatial distribution of defense resources across the width of the defense front. The dynamics of the average number of parties described by the “attack-defense” game can be described by finite-difference Osipov-Lanchester’ equations. Therefore, it would also be interesting to obtain a generalization of Germeyer’s classical model to the dynamic case when the “attack-defense” game is played many times. On this basis, in the present work, a dynamic expansion of the model is constructed in the form of a positional game with opposing interests of the distribution of parties’ reserves with complete information. The authors studied the simplest multi-step extension of the attack-defense model, which consists in the fact that the corresponding game is played repeatedly. Multi-step game with the complete information of the parties’ reserves management was built on this basis. It is assumed that the defense party makes the first move at each step and the attack party became aware about this move. The functional equation for the best guaranteed result of the defense, which is the value of the positional game due to the parties’ adopted sequence of moves was written out. Its analytical solution for a two-step game was obtained and it was shown that it is advantageous for an attack party to enter all reserves simultaneously, as in the classic attack-defense game.

Abstract: Conditionality is the main setting of Apparatus Function (AF) O to increase resolution. The conditionality is numerically equal to the reciprocal of the minimum value of Modulation Transfer Function (MTF) |M (O)| or the magnitude of this gap. We introduce the magnitude SR of the estimating super-resolution. The concept of a Mathematical Microscope (MM) is formulated in this paper.

Abstract: In order to deepen the whole-course management of fixed assets accounting of railway enterprises and promote the optimal allocation of enterprise resources, it is particularly necessary to establish a whole-course management system of fixed assets accounting for railway enterprises. Aiming at the problems exposed in the application of fixed assets accounting and management in railway enterprises, this paper investigates and summarizes the needs of enterprises, and puts forward the design scheme of railway enterprises fixed assets accounting and management information system. In this paper, based on the concept of the whole process of fixed assets management accounting of railway enterprise, promote the optimized allocation of enterprise resources, the use of computer network and information technology, through the optimization of business processes control mechanism, establish a data set, design a whole process of fixed assets of the enterprise railway management information system, solve the problem of application in the accounting of fixed assets management in railway enterprises. The multilevel network of railway enterprise management department is realized to meet the fine management requirements of different management levels.

Abstract: This study entitled by determinants of average money saving in university lecturers in case of Mizan-Tepi University Tepi Campus in the College of Natural and Computational Science. The amount of saving is influenced by different factors: monthly income, family size, and age and family consumption per capital. The objective of the study was to examine the responsible factors on average saving monthly income of lecturer’s in Mizan- Tepi University, Tepi Campus. The study included about 135 teachers (lecturers). The data for the research was collected from primary source and structural questionnaires were administered. The dependent variable was average saving monthly income and the independent variables are factors like; family consumption per month, family size, recreation, age, marital status, religion, donation, and house rent, sex, and work experience. From multiple linear regressions analysis on the effect of average monthly income of lecturers was family consumption, family size, and age. The data were analyzed using SAS version 9.2 and finding also compared with relevant literatures, lastly conclusions drawn and recommendation was for warded from the result. It was concluded that from 135 teachers (lecturers), 86.79% of the teachers (lecturers) are male and 13.21% are females who saved money prevalently and age, net salary, family size and consumption per month were significantly influencing on average saving money of lecturers’ in case of Natural and Computational science.

Abstract: The general Pareto distribution (GPD) has been widely used a lot in the extreme value for example to model exceedance over a threshold. Feature of The GPD that when applied to real data sets depends substantially and clearly on the parameter estimation process. Mostly the estimation is preferred by maximum likelihood because have a consistent estimator with lowest bias and variance. The objective of the present study is to develop efficient estimation methods for the maximum likelihood estimator for the shape parameter or extreme value index. Which based on the numerical methods for maximizing the log-likelihood by introduce an algorithm for computing maximum likelihood estimate of The GPD parameters. Finally, a numerical examples are given to illustrate the obtained results, they are carried out to investigate the behavior of the method.
