Abstract: Social governance through civil justice stems from the foundation of modern social order, the means of national social control and the need to achieve social integration. China's judicial governance has continued from the revolutionary period to the present and has experienced development from administrative concurrent jurisdiction over judicial affairs to specialization. However, China lacks a tradition of civil judicial governance. In ancient times, the logic of criminal judicial governance was emphasized. Nowadays, the excessive power of criminal justice brings many problems. Civil justice is the need for the state power to achieve social governance. To achieve civil judicial governance, we should take the pursuit of a better life for the people as the starting point, standardize and protect private rights, overcome our own deficiencies, innovate participation methods, build a diversified dispute resolution mechanism, and rely on the joint participation of the state, society and individuals to achieve social harmony and stability.

The field of language teaching and learning is experiencing an unprecedented pedagogical influence with the inception of AI. This machine-guided program has made easier multitude of pre-lesson and in-classroom practices such as assessment. The latter is the ‘ongoing’ process of competence-based and performance-based evaluation that situates a learner at a certain knowledge level. One type of assessment is ‘formal assessment’ which is any form of acquired knowledge evaluation that is pre-planned rather than prompted (ibid, pp. 5-6). Giving the recency of AI in education, a growing need appears for guidance into the art of its use. Accordingly, this paper aims to provide a comprehensive survey of how ChatGPT is used by Moroccan EFL teachers in designing formal tests. The researcher sheds light on the content validity of teachers’ prompts and the extent to which they target the mélange of testing principles and objectives. The paper includes a pre-intervention stage where the teachers’ prompts to ChatGPT to generate a test. The intervention is based on participants’ open-ended prompts and constitutes ample practical tips to illustrate the valid use of ChatGPT. The post-intervention assesses the teachers’ aspired development. The findings revealed that enabling Moroccan EFL teachers with a guide including prompt designing and test construction principles positively influenced their performance in using ChatGPT to generate formal tests. It was recommended, among others, that AI use in teaching and planning be integrated in their professional training.

Abstract: This article examines capitalist crises and their effects on labor markets, focusing on the Italian debate surrounding policies aimed at achieving full employment. It analyzes the tension between Keynesian approaches, which emphasize demand stimulation and public intervention, and neoliberal policies that prioritize fiscal austerity and labor market flexibility. The study evaluates various proposals to address unemployment, including reduced working hours, universal basic income, and state-led industrial policies. By engaging with key contributions from Italian scholars, the article underscores the need for innovative labor market interventions to reconcile economic recovery with employment stability. It highlights the challenges posed by structural unemployment, particularly in the aftermath of production crises, and discusses the implications of these dynamics for workers' rights and social protections. The discussion is framed within the broader context of the 2008 financial crisis and its enduring impact on global labor markets. The article argues that achieving full employment requires a balanced approach that considers both the quantity and quality of jobs, ensuring that economic growth does not exacerbate inequalities or undermine social cohesion. By offering a critical analysis of past and present policy debates, this study provides valuable insights for policymakers seeking to address the complexities of contemporary capitalist economies and promote sustainable labor market solutions.

Abstract: Due to their profession's specificity, police officers are exposed to critical events that may lead to post-traumatic pathologies. Exposure is particularly increased in countries with high security challenges such as Burkina Faso which faces terrorism against which police officers are on the front line. This study aims to highlight clinical cases in which police officers use traditional therapies, by questionning their therapeutic effectiveness as well as the related implications. The data used were taken from clinical reports of police patients that received psychological care. The clinical cases were selected based on their relevance to illustrate traditional therapies used by police officers in post-traumatic pathologies treatment.
