Abstract: Proper fire safety management program plays a critical role in achieving a desire fire safety objective in building. Therefore, several-studied have been conducted and shown that ineffective fire safety management program implementation is the main cause of failure in fire safety management. Thus, this paper aim at identify component influencing the performance of fire safety management program in building. One hundred and twenty (20) questionnaires were distributed to the relevant participants, which include Architects, Builders, Quantity Surveyor, Engineer, and Fire safety experts. In the end, 100 completed questionnaires were retrieved and analyzed with the use of descriptive and ranking analysis. The finding of the study revealed that the reliability of the instruments was higher than 0.7, and show that maintenance of fire safety equipment is the most influential component that affects the fire safety management program performance, while fire safety training and fire risk assessment were second and third most influential components of fire safety management program respectively. Hence, the study found to be that, non-maintenance, inadequate provision and non- functional fire safety equipment, often led to the main causes of fire disaster in buildings. Thus, the study suggests to the fire safety/building managers to implement adequate maintenance program, carried out proper fire safety training for the occupants, conduct regular fire risk assessment and increase fire safety budgetary allocation to the fire safety department in order to improve the maintenance/ replacement of fire safety equipment’s. It is anticipated that by improving the performance of fire safety equipment, provision of adequate training for the occupants/building owners, the rate of fire disasters could be minimized to a barest level.

Abstract: The education mode of higher education in China is upgrading and transforming, and the embedded education mode arises at the historic moment. Application-oriented universities need to reposition the teaching courses and methods of embedded education mode from the purpose of cultivating embedded talents with innovative and entrepreneurial ability. Jiangsu University Jingjiang College uses embedded education mode to set up embedded courses. As a basic research of embedded teaching method, starting from the meaning of "embedded" in the computer system, by expanding and embedding the multi-category plug-ins of the system, the computer system teaching is combined with artificial intelligence and diversified embedded resources to carry out teaching, thus expanding the innovation and entrepreneurship education practice of computer, engineering education and other professional talent systems. The core goal is to cultivate students’ innovative consciousness, give full play to the advantages of educational background and cross-disciplinary integration, explore entrepreneurial opportunities from cross fields, and improve students' innovative and entrepreneurial competitiveness and success rate. By offering various forms of embedded courses, such as general education courses, subject basic courses, professional courses, quality development courses and practical courses based on software engineering specialty, the graduates of software engineering (embedded) specialty have professional skills and more personality, creativity, imagination, innovation spirit and pioneering ability. Construction of progressive curriculum system, so that students' theoretical knowledge and practical skills acquisition process is closely and coherent, step by step to improve students' comprehensive quality. The embedded education model can enable students to be comprehensively cultivated in terms of ideological, vocational skills and comprehensive quality improvement in a three-dimensional and flexible new education method, so that students can obtain a broader display platform in the face of the social needs of applied talents, and truly achieve the mutual embedding of education and practice. At the same time, the school judges whether the educational goal is consistent with the local economic needs, dynamically adjusts the student training program, and achieves a win-win situation for students and society.

Abstract: This study takes the development of Dalian's sports and cultural industry as the research object, and investigates the current situation of the development of Dalian's sports and cultural industry by designing a questionnaire. The survey results show that Dalian's sports and cultural industry is relatively satisfactory in five aspects, namely, the level of industrial marketization, the market development of industrial products, the potential of industrial development, the guarantee of industrial development and the resources of industrial development, but in terms of the brand construction of sports and cultural products There is a certain gap in specific indicators such as the total consumption of residents. Because most of the factors that affect the sports culture industry are often difficult to quantify the promotion of the sports culture industry, it is also difficult to carry out quantitative evaluation of such factors. Based on this, the following research uses the data of questionnaire and field survey, and AHP analytic hierarchy process combining subjective evaluation and objective evaluation to analyze the factors that promote the sports culture industry in Dalian. However, it is worth noting that among many factors, there is a large gap in the brand construction of sports and cultural products in Dalian. At present, there is a lack of well-known brands of cultural products in Dalian. At the same time, the overall consumption of sports and cultural products in Dalian is insufficient, as well as the lack of professional staff and inadequate access ability, which also directly restricts the further development of the sports industry in Dalian.

Abstract: Globalization processes are relatively new phenomena, that have increasing trend in the industry, and mature insights into the complexity of management systems operating in a global environment are still developing. Therefore, this study used a systemic perspective to generate an initial body of knowledge about the challenges faced by global quality systems after the corporate expansion processes that can be drive from strategic partnerships and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and be result in multinational companies. Data was collected from intensive field research concerning the development processes of 18 international companies for three years and analyzed using the Grounded Theory methodology. The analysis yielded the key variables that influence the work environment, constraints, interfaces, and goals of global quality management systems, as functional systems within complex, multinational, multi-interface companies operating in a competitive, dynamic, and changing market. The following five themes common to multiple variables were identified: The dynamic of global expansion, The development levels in global QMS as part of the expansion process on MNCs, the complexity of mutual relationship that aren’t expressed in the conduct of the global QMS, the difficulty in regulating local and global needs of the QMS, and the lack of strategic concept for integrative management of the global QMS. Based on these five themes a model was proposed to study further the challenges faced by global quality systems. This paper is distinctive in that it adds dynamism as a dimension in the process of developing international quality systems and blends strategic, operational, and marketing rationale into thinking about quality systems. This research contributes to the construction of an initial body of knowledge that which presents, in a broad and integrative manner, the key issues concerning global quality systems, the process of their development, how they function and challenges they face.
