Abstract: Based on the research and review of existing literature, this paper finds that the effects of government public policies (including fiscal policies and tax policies) on enterprise innovation can be roughly divided in to the following three categories. Firstly, the government's public policies are encouraging enterprise innovation. When companies are stimulated by public subsidies or tax incentives, they will increase investment in R & D and innovation. Secondly, the government's public policy has inhibited enterprise innovation. When enterprises receive the public subsidies from the government or enjoy the related tax incentives, they often do not increase the investment in research and innovation, but simply reduce the investment on R & D. Thirdly, there is no significant or non-linear relationship between government public policy and enterprise innovation. There is no significant correlation or complex non-linear relationship between whether enterprises increase their investment in R & D innovation and the government's public subsidies and other policies. At the same time, the author found that most of the existing research samples are large enterprises in developed countries. Furthermore, there is a lack of relevant research on small and medium-sized enterprises in developing countries. SMEs account for the vast majority of the whole enterprises, so it is meaningful to study the impact of government subsidies and tax incentives on SMEs' innovation.

Abstract: Based on the panel data of 265 prefecture-level cities in China, the dynamic panel model system (GMM) was used to estimate the relationship between local economic growth and land finance. The results of the study indicate that local economic growth is largely influenced by land finances. From the perspective of sub-regions, the impact of land finance on local economic growth in different regions is significantly different, having more influence on the economic growth in the central and western regions than the eastern regions. In the current environment of economic development, land finance has its own significance, and its role in promoting local economic development, especially in the central and western regions, cannot be underestimated. The local government should transform the land finance from the three aspects of land fiscal revenue, expenditure and the transformation of local government functions, in order to alleviate the current adverse impact of land finance on economical and social development.

Abstract: Green manufacturing is the process of producing product by minimizing natural resource use, reducing environmental pollution or wastes. Garment industry in Bangladesh plays a vital role in the country’s economy. But most of these industries are indifferent to environmental regulation. A huge amount of river water is being polluted daily by the dyeing sections. So it is necessary to treat the water to a standard level before discharge. The purpose of this research is to establish an approach for the modification of dyeing section of textile industries. Before going to the approach a survey with some questionnaire was performed to identify drivers and barriers regarding green manufacturing implementation. Then these drivers and barriers were ranked with fuzzy TOPSIS tool. A system model was followed for making an approach of green manufacturing. ETP (Effluent Treatment plant) plant is suggested along with an existing dyeing process for treating waste water.

Abstract: Sample data were acquired from Chinese listed private enterprises. Then, the random effect model of panel data was used to establish a regression model of business performance and firm financial connection and examine the relationship between them. Results showed that the higher the degree of private enterprise financial connection, the worse the business performance of the enterprise. In other words, financial connection provides financing convenience, but it cannot improve business efficiency. We also classified the sample enterprises according to size and found that financial connection has a greater negative impact on the performance of small-scale firms compared with large-scale ones. Moreover, dividing the sample enterprises according to the degree of financial marketization in the location of the sample enterprises indicated that financial connection has a negative effect on the performance of private enterprises in areas with low degree of financial marketization. The classification of financial connection also revealed that non-bank financial connection exerts a greater negative impact on corporate performance than bank financial connection.
