Abstract: This paper constructs a comparison framework of the cloud-based platform model consisting of cloud foundation, cloud function, cloud resource, cloud collaboration and cloud sustainability, and randomly selects 610 of Chinese maker space and American maker space as comparable samples. A comparative study was made on the status quo of its development. The study found that the similarity lies in the fact that both China and the US have rapidly grown in number, creating more than 30 types of cloud functions, gathering more than 80 types of cloud resources, forming a cloud collaboration network, and initially generating a sustainable cloud platform ecosystem. The difference is that the US created a space early, on the cloud to form an advanced infrastructure with 3D printing as the standard, highlighting online interaction on cloud functions, vertical areas on cloud resources, and cloud collaboration pursue intelligent matching and comprehensively utilize up to 12 revenue channels in cloud sustainability. Aiming at the problems existing in Chinese maker space cloud platform model, this paper reveals the external manifestation of the US maker space cloud platform model. It gives enlightenment to China from cloud foundation, cloud function, cloud resource, cloud collaboration and cloud sustainability. And revealing the logic of internal development, and proposing that Chinese mass maker space should be “table” and “inside” and to promote the soundness and development of the model of space cloud platform in China.

Abstract: In recent years, there is a substantial debate on the wage differences in China. Yet most empirical studies of wage gap concentrate only on short-run changes due to the lack of high-quality data. In this paper, we study the wage gap between urban and rural labor in China using the Chinese Health and Nutrition Survey (CHNS) data spanning several years. By the methods of OLS regression and Oaxaca decomposition we have two main findings: first, the wage gap resulting from household register discrimination have been gradually decreasing since the Lewis transition, and the growth rate of migrant workers' wages obviously exceeded the accumulation rate of their human capital in 2011; second, the wage disadvantage of the rural labor mainly comes from the weakness of its human capital, compared with that of the urban labor. These findings would remind us of the rising welfare inequality problem in China against the background that the accumulation of human capital on rural labor have slowed down after the Lewis transition. In the end, we come up with several suggestions for policy reform. First of all, the central government should distribute more educational resources into rural areas specifically. In addition, the local government and enterprises should increase specific investment in skills training for migrant workers. Last but not least, the governments ought to gradually abolish the related rules that restrain migrant workers from obtaining urban public services, which will help to equalize the social welfare in China eventually.

Abstract: The imbalance between talent supply and demand is a basic problem in today's society, and the degree of deployment between talent pool and talent and occupation in cities also affects the development of cities. Therefore, it is of great significance to grasp the relationship between talents and the relationship of development. First of all, according to different categories of talent, the talent demand model with multi-objective analysis level process (ahp) is established, and the current situation of the talent market is analyzed from three aspects: job demand, expected occupation and educational background requirements. Secondly, the Alima model of talent demand forecasting and analysis is established, and combined with the time series model to predict the potential talent demand of future cities, and conclude that the most important needs of professional in the next three years are economic management, and the most important need for work is science and technology. Finally, according to the current situation of college students' different professional preferences, the Garch model is established, the strategy of urban development and talent introduction is put forward, and reasonable test is carried out, and the corresponding reasonable strategy of matching supply and demand between talents and cities is given, the imbalance between talent supply and demand is reduced, and the development of the city is improved.

Abstract: The modern Russian machine industry is characterized by low efficiency and a low level of competitiveness in comparison with the foreign one. The implementation of Lean production concept in Russian industrial enterprises is one of the ways to solve this problem. The article analyzes process of improving enterprise production activities using Lean production concept. We used an Internet survey instrument to collect responses from Russian firms about the reasons for Lean production implementation. Despite a rich literature on Lean production, there are limited researches on the features of this concept implementation process in Russia. Many Russian companies allocate significant resources to implementing Lean production on the manufacturing shop floor, but underestimate the role of staff. Moreover, Lean tools are actually forced, Russian firms create atmosphere of fear that contradicts Lean idea itself. Thus in the article the role of human factor in Lean technologies implementation is considered. In the course of this research, the role of staff in Lean production implementation at six Nizhny Novgorod enterprises was analyzed. The situation turned out to be quite similar. Therefore, as an example, we consider one of the machine industry enterprises in more detail. We used a survey instrument and conducted survey of workers on the topic “Organization and management of production activities in Shop Floor N1”. The questionnaire consisted of 30 questions including both open-close and multiple choice questions. A shop floor staff survey revealed serious problems that had not been clearly identified and formulated before. We tested our hypothesis that an appeal to the employees is not a formal attribute of Lean production. We found that it is an effective tool, the use of which allows management to identify many hidden losses and eliminate them using a minimum amount of financial resources, increase staff motivation as well as maintain creative atmosphere. Overall, our research suggests that Russian companies can get more out of their Lean implementations if they change the attitude of the staff.

Abstract: The increasing trend of international mobility has intensified intercultural communication and expanded the requirements expected from international managers. The whole expatriation process represents a costly matter for the engaged companies. Detecting determinants of the intercultural adaptation can significantly minimaze the risk of failure during the foreign assignment. Moreover, the consideration should already be given in the beginning when the selection of eligible candidates for expatriation is done. The research objective of the paper is to investigate the determinants of intercultural adaptation of expatriates with international assignment experience and consequently to understand the complexity of the adaptation process while working abroad. Firstly, theoretical background reviews previous studies on adaptation process and cultural distance, intercultural competences and motivation as important factors. Next, primary data were obtained from Czech expatriates via questionnaire regardless the country of their foreign assignment. Additionally, the final model of intercultural adaptation was developed by applying a systematic thinking approach as an appropriate method emphasizing links and backward dynamics between the elements. The model is based on interaction of six determinants; such as: intercultural competences, language skills, intercultural training, past intercultural experience, motivation and cultural distance; that were identified from primary and secondary research as the most crucial variables. The findings lead to deeper understanding of the processes and help to improve the selection process of suitable candidate for foreign assignment and the intercultural training in order to reach higher level of adjustment.

Abstract: One of the main tasks for the state is approximation of the Ukrainian legislation to the EU Member States’ legislation in the area of trade and economic relations. For Ukraine, as an independent state, which today faces serious economic problems, the important task is to decide how to take the path of sustainable development of the economy, tax and financial system in the context of the European integration. Ukrainian agriculture and food industry are not sufficiently integrated into the international trading system, as evidenced by the low percentage of exports and imports of agricultural and food products in gross agricultural production. In recent years, in Ukraine, the percentage of exports of agricultural and food products was 16%, compared to 25% in Poland and 53% in France and Germany. Therefore, it is very important for Ukraine to improve the level of competitiveness for domestic products. The article describes the dynamics of agri-food exports and imports into countries, and it has been found a negative trade balance. The commodity structure of exports and imports of Ukrainian agricultural products is discussed. The reasons for the steady growth of imports are substantiated. Measures to improve the trade balance have been proposed.
