Abstract: Anaerobic glycolysis advertise the production of energy under hypoxic condition (absence of oxygen), while in aerobic glycolysis, the Warburg effect gives a momentous benefit through remodeling carbohydrates seeds from production of energy to biochemical pathways. On the other side, high degree of lactate have been cooperated with feeble outcome in human tumors as well as glycolytic switch is correlated with high rate of glucose uptake and lactate production. Although lactic acid was primarily remind as indicator of the glycolytic process in which many mechanisms initiates from the study of normal tissue physiology and transported to the tumor indicating lactic acid in essence lactate anion and protons, straightly contributes to tumor growth and development. MCT1 & MCT4 monocarboxylate transporters have been justified as well-known facilitators of lactate exchanges between various cancer cells with many metabolic behaviors. In this review, we summarize the current knowledge on the role of lactic acidosis and metastasis, lactate shuttles and lactate signaling molecules.

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical effectiveness of Mepilex Border dressings for the prevention of medical device-related pressure ulcers (MDR PUs) caused by the nephrostomy tube securement with the drainage tube. Methods: Equally randomized 60 obstructive hydronephrosis patients in our hospital who were treated by ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrolithotomy (from March 2018 to March 2019) into observation group and control group. The observation group was applied dressings beneath the junctions of nephrostomy tubes and drainage tubes before secured with 5*5cm I-shaped 3M elastic adhesive tape to avoid direct contact to patients’ skin; the control group was only secured with 5*5cm I-shaped 3M elastic adhesive tape to the bare skin. The incidences of skin indentations, local pain and pressure ulcers under the junctions were compared between two groups. Results: There were statistical significance (P<0.05) among two groups: all patients in control group (n=30) were presented with skin indentations in different degrees, 21 with local pain, 6 with first-stage pressure ulcers, while no evidence of the above situations was found in the observation group. Conclusions: Application of Mepilex Border dressings can prevent the occurrence of MDR PUs to improve patient comfort.

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate influence of solution-focused nursing for severe acute pancreatitis patients in Double Filtration Plasmapheresis. Methods: 260 patients were invited join our study who were diagnosed as acute pancreatitis, they undergoing Double Filtration Plasmapheresis from January 2015 to September 2019. The participants assigned randomly into the intervention group and control group. The control group patient receive traditional nursing services in treatment process. Also, the intervention group patient receive solution-focused nursing services. Additionally, we collected the data from all participants, the data included anxiety information, depression information, self-care ability, self-management effectiveness, Serum amylase, Urine amylase, tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin- 6. The used questionnaires include Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-rating depression scale (SDS), exercise of self-care a- gency (ESCA) and Chronic Disease Self Efficacy Scales Stanfor (SESC). Result: The intervention group had greater score in SDS and SAS, but the gap of improvement between intervention group and control group was not big. In 4 domains of ESCA, all improvements were undistinguished in control group. Besides, the self-management ability improvement of two groups was slightly in the result, but intervention group had greater performance than that of control group in all domains. Conclusion: The solution focused nursing improve the outcome of DFPP treatment with AP patient in Chinese hospital. The improvement included 4 domains in the result, such as mental health (anxiety & depression), self-care ability, self-management ability and recovery status. But the simple size was limit the accuracy of results.

Abstract: Objective: To assess the Influence of Comfortable nursing for therapeutic plasma exchange treatment of severe hepatitis patient. Methods: 92 patients who were diagnosed as severe hepatitis from July 2017 to July 2018 were invited to join our study. We were randomly assigned the participants to the control group (n = 46) and the intervention group (n = 46), control group receive traditional nursing services and intervention group had additional comfortable care services. our researchers collected anxiety information and depression information by questionnaires which include Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating depression scale (SDS). Additionally, patient satisfaction and comfort level was collected by other questionnaires. Result: In the satisfaction research, intervention group had higher score of satisfaction assessment than that of control group [45 (97.8%) vs 39 (84.8%)]. In comfort level research, the intervention group had more 0 level assessment in our research result (n = 23). In result of SAS and SDS, the intervention group had greater improvement than that of control group in the SDS and SAS as the result of intervention group lowered scores even more. Conclusion: the comfortable care improve the outcome of therapeutic plasma exchange on severe hepatitis patient. In particular, the comfortable care greatly improve anxiety status and comfort level in the treatment process of therapeutic plasma exchange.

Abstract: Objective: To assess the effect of nutrition care service on patient with liver cirrhosis. Methods: 72 participants was invited to join our study. They were diagnosed as liver cirrhosis from April 2018 to March 2020. We randomly assigned the participants to the control group (n = 37) and the intervention group (n = 37). For the intervention group and control group, on the one hand, control group patients received traditional nursing services. On another hand, the intervention group participants receive nutrition care service in the treatment process. We collect the data from test related equipment record and questionnaires of participants, the questionnaires include Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating depression scale (SDS). Another data from test related equipment record. Result: In nutritional status, the Albumin information shown intervention group have greater improvement after nursing that that of control group (from 59.24±5.07 to 49.16±2.01 vs from 60.12±4.73 to 57.72±2.33). In complications status, control group and intervention group have similar result, they have few different in different complications. In mental health, intervention group have greater change in anxiety status than that of control group (from 58.6±7.4 to 47.2±7.1). Conclusion: the nutrition care service provides great improvement to the treatment result. However, nutrition care service does not have a good effect on partial results.
