The data obtained from 820 advertisements (equivalent to 820 field respondents) while considering their educational levels, age, ethnicity, socio-economic backgrounds etc were utilized. The Pearson Chi-Square and Fisher’s Exact Tests were used to analyze data. Results showed that persons involved had a statistically significant perception towards HIV and AIDS (p < 0.05). Knowledge and awareness of HIV and AIDS were significant by level of education and economic status and not by gender, age, marital status, type of relationship sought and getting children before marriage. Attitude towards HIV and AIDS was significant by level of education (p < 0.05) and not by gender, age, economic status, marital status, type of relationship sought and getting children before marriage (p > 0.05). Practices to manage, control and prevent HIV and AIDS were significant by gender (p = 0.01) and not by age, level of education, economic status, marital status, type of relationship sought and getting children before marriage (p > 0.05). Since the results indicated PAKAP was significant (p < 0.05), efforts should be made by all stakeholders in HIV and AIDS management, control and prevention programmes to equally target persons dating through social media in order to have a wider coverage for this kind of dating is increasingly becoming the most common practice amongst the sexually active group.

Abstract: Objective: To assess application and effect evaluation of 'Five Routine Working Regulation' method in nursing quality management of outpatient injection room. Methods: We invested 16 nurses and 200 patients to join our study in treatment process. Additionally, we grouped the data accord to different time periods. The time periods of control group are from July 2017 to June 2018, we did not implement 'Five Routine Working Regulation' method in this time period. The time periods of intervention group are from July 2018 to June 2019, we implement 'Five Routine Working Regulation' method in this time period. Our researchers collected the information include the quality indicators, nurse satisfaction and patient satisfaction. Result: In the quality indicators research, intervention group participants have better performance than that of control group in this study. In particular, the intervention group has not cases in Total number of no-write opening time of sterile articles in use and Total number of expired or waste of medicine and substance. But the control group has cases in those two domains (0 vs 25, 0 vs 210). In nurse satisfaction research, the result indicate intervention group has better nurse satisfaction assessment in our research result (87.5% vs 62.5%). In patient satisfaction, the intervention group patients provide more good assessment in satisfaction research, and the result is statistical significance (190 vs 171, p = 0.012). Abstract: Objective To explore the diagnosis of, clinical characteristics of and effects of interventional therapy for intraluminal central airway spheroid masses. Methods Forty-four patients with intraluminal central airway spheroid masses were summarized retrospectively, and the clinical characteristics and therapy were analysed. Results Cough and shortness of breath were the predominant symptoms, followed by hemoptysis, fever and chest pain. The aetiologic diagnoses were 12 cases of inflammatory granulomas, 5 cases of foreign matter, 5 cases of squamous carcinoma, 4 cases of leiomyoma, 3 cases of lipomyoma, 2 cases of inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor, and one case each of glomus tumor, adenocarcinoma, mucoepidermoid carcinoma, malignant melanoma metastasis, carcinoid, adenoid cystic carcinoma, chondrosarcoma, combined small cell carcinoma, hamartoma, mixed tumor, neurilemmoma, acidophilic adenoma and salivary gland tumor. The numbers of masses located in the trachea, left main bronchus, right main bronchus and bronchus intermedius were 20, 13, 7, and 4, respectively. Electrocautery snare and electrocoagulation probe was the most commonly used interventional therapy method, followed by argon plasma coagulation and cryotherapy; stent implantation was used in 1 case. Thirty-five cases achieved a complete response or partial response after treatment, 8 cases achieved a mild response, and 1 had no response. Conclusion The symptoms of intraluminal central airway spheroid masses were atypical and easily misdiagnosed or missed; benign lesions were the leading cause, and the first pathological type was inflammatory granuloma. Endoscopic intervention was the effective, safe technique.
